DHAN Attendance App (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is developed exclusively for DHAN Foundation employees to manage attendance, leave requests, field visits, and workflow approvals. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

• Location Information: Used only during attendance marking or field visit entry to verify the correctness of the data. The app does not track your location in the background.
• Employee Information: Name, employee ID, department, role, and other HR-provided details.
• Attendance Data: Check-in, check-out, leave requests, permissions, on-duty requests, approval logs.
• Device Information: Basic device details needed for troubleshooting user-specific issues such as Build ID mismatch.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used only for the following authorized purposes:

• Recording attendance and field visits
• Processing leave and approval workflows
• Generating employee reports and audit logs
• Ensuring compliance with DHAN Foundation policies
• Troubleshooting app-related issues

Data Sharing

We do not share your data with any external third parties. Data is accessed only by authorized DHAN Foundation personnel (HR, RC, PH, CHRD, and system administrators) based on role permissions.
